Dr. Jeff Cornell is the Emerging Contaminants Practice Lead and Air Force Program Manager for Tehama LLC, a tribally-owned 8(a) small business that delivers environmental consulting and engineering services to federal, state and municipal clients nationwide.  Jeff has worked as an environmental remediation research engineer and program and project manager for the Department of Defense and the private sector for over 30 years. Jeff currently manages Tehama’s portfolio of contracts providing technical support to the Air Force Civil Engineer Center’s Environmental Services Directorate PFOS/PFOA Program Management Office and Technical Support Division. As a career Air Force Officer, Jeff served as the environmental and/or restoration program chief at several USAF installations, and later directed the USAF’s Cleanup Technology Transfer Program. In the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force, Dr. Cornell helped lead DoD’s technical, programmatic, and policy responses to challenges related to perchlorate and other emerging contaminants.
